Complications can arise when non-standard requirements (eg deferred terms, spec difficulties, and compliance issues) are involved. These can usually be sorted out through the Questions and Answers on each trade.

However, if the transaction has too many difficulties, you may wish to ask a broker to handle the sale for you. The brokers we work with are skilled professionals who know what to do when difficulties arise.
